We are so grateful to the Siouxland Community Foundation for the grants we recently received.
$3,000 was received for Books as Medicine. This initiative, in partnership with Orange City Area Health System, will provide children’s books in waiting rooms in Orange City health facilities.
A $10,000 grant was also received to expand our Sioux County Digital Consortium (which is made up of all 8 Sioux County libraries). With these funds we will be able to add to our collection of e-books and e-audiobooks.
